Ellen Page Shelton, Associate Professor of Modern Dance, is a graduate of TCU with both a BFA in Ballet and an MFA in Modern Dance. She danced with the Fort Worth Ballet Association and the Dallas Dance Ensemble (modern) as a soloist. With dance credits in over thirty musicals (Equity summer stock), dinner theater shows and plays, she has a varied performing background. Ellen has over 15 years of teaching experience in universities, festivals, private dance studios and company schools. She has collaborated with numerous musicians, visual artists and poets; performed and choreographed extensively in a variety of settings (theater, opera and symphony productions). Her work has been produced in conventional theaters, on outdoor stages, in museums and other site-specific locations.
