Marc joined the School of Theatre and Dance in 2005, having previously served as Chair of the Department of Theatre at the University of Alabama at Birmingham; Chair of the Department of Theatre and Dance at Winthrop University; Assistant Professor of Theatre, coordinator of the graduate acting program, and Director of the Governor’s Institute for the Gifted and Talented in the Arts at The Ohio State University; and master acting teacher at the Pennsylvania Governor’s School for the Arts. Marc earned his MFA in Acting at the Pennsylvania State University and a BA in English from Bucknell University. He has been a member of Actor’s Equity since 1976. He is actively involved in the Southeastern Theatre Conference, The Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival, and the National Association of Schools of Theatre.
